Does anyone else ever feel like mental health professionals only ever want to treat your ‘behaviours’ as opposed to how you feel?
Sorry for all the negativity tonight!
I’m remembering lots of stuff tonight that I would quite like to be out of my head right now!!
Just sitting here thinking about how there are so many people who are going to hurt themselves tonight. If you are or did and you’re reading this I want you to know you’re not the only one and just let the feeling out somehow: drawing, writing, blogging, talking with someone, screaming, whatever it is you need those thoughts out of your head.
